Affine RE figures among the leading real estate companies in France specializing in corporate premises. At the end of 2017, the company's assets, consisting of 45 buildings with a total surface area of 332,358 m2, amount to EUR578.6 million in market value terms (excluding transfer taxes) broken down by asset type, including offices (68.6%), commercial premises (22.7%), warehouses and business premises (8.7%). The assets are localized, in more or less equal proportions, between the Ile-de-France region (with Paris as its capital) and the other French regions. Affine is also the benchmark shareholder of Banimmo, a Belgian property investment repositioning company operating in both Belgium and France, and in which it holds 49.5%. At the end of 2017, its assets comprised 14 office and commercial buildings for a value (including transfer taxes) of EUR207.7million. The group's total assets amount to EUR824 million (including transfer taxes).
