The Company intend to focus on search for identifying technology and technology enabled businesses that power transformation and provide disruptive technological innovation to leverage intellectual property (IP), content and data or know-how to develop a sustainable competitive advantage that can dislodge slower moving incumbents in the target's selected end markets. The Company neither engaged in any operations nor generated any revenues.
