APONVIE is the intravenous formulation of aprepitant, a substance P/neurokinin-1 receptor antagonist indicated for postoperative nausea and vomiting in adults. CINVANTI is an IV formulation of aprepitant, a substance NK1 receptor antagonist. SUSTOL is the first extended-release 5-HT3 receptor antagonist approved for the prevention of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with both MEC and anthracycline and cyclophosphamide combination chemotherapy regimens.
