Investment objective

The SPDRS&PCapital Markets ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&PCapital Markets Select Industry Index. The S&P Capital Markets Select Industry Index is a modified equal-weighted index that seeks to reflect the performance of U.S. publicly traded companies that do business as broker-dealers, asset managers, trust and custody banks or exchanges. The Capital Markets Index is currently comprised of leading companies active in the U.S. capital markets that are listed on the NYSE, or another U.S. national securities exchange, or NASDAQ/NMS
