In the first half of 2026, the specialist in solutions for digitizing brick-and-mortar commerce reported revenue of 820m, up 34%, and adjusted revenue of 839m (+29% on a reported basis and +37% at constant exchange rates and tariffs).
The trend was driven by the strong momentum in software and services, where revenue rose 39% to 125m (including 61m in recurring revenue, up 73%), as the group delivered a sharp improvement in profitability.
Adjusted EBITDA came in at 160m (+48%), lifting the adjusted EBITDA margin to 19.1%, a gain of 2.4 points versus the first half of 2025. Adjusted EBIT climbed 82% to 96m (an 11.4% margin), while adjusted net profit totaled 77m. On the financial front, operating free cash flow reached 127m (+51%), allowing the group to increase its net cash to 197m at the end of June 2026.
Vusion reaffirmed all of its full-year financial targets and is aiming for adjusted revenue growth of between 15% and 20% (at constant exchange rates and tariffs), as well as an expansion in the adjusted EBITDA margin of more than 100 basis points.
