HANZA AB (publ) (“HANZA”) repurchased a total of 150,000 own shares during the period July 28 to 31, 2026 under the repurchase program announced on July 27,2026.

The repurchases commenced on July 28, 2026, and were carried out until July 31, 2026. A total of 150,000 shares were repurchased for approximately SEK 20.4 million. HANZA has thus repurchased the maximum number of shares under the repurchase program, which has therefore been concluded.

All acquisitions were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Pareto Securities AB, which made its trading decisions regarding the timing of the share acquisitions independently of HANZA. Reporting of completed buybacks to Nasdaq Stockholm will be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.

The total number of outstanding shares in HANZA is 62,959,338. Following the above acquisitions, HANZA’s holding of its own shares amounts to 217,988 shares, which corresponds to approximately 0.3 per cent of the total number of outstanding shares in HANZA.
