Feedback plc announced Aneesh Patel will step down from the Board of directors of the Company and its subsidiaries with effect from 10 November 2025 to puruse another opportunity,but to support an orderly handover, he will remain in post with the Company for a number of weeks following the commencement of employment of a successor. The Board announced it has appointed Emma Oswick (Stuart) to succeed Anesh. Emma is expected to join the Board of directors in due course.
Emma Oswick (Stuart) is an experienced and commercially focused CFO with an extensive background in subscription-led technology businesses, including in her most recent role as Interim CFO of Energy Aspects. She is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with PwC, and has a proven track record of driving strategic change, optimizing financial performance, and developing high-performing teams. She also brings significant M&A and integration experience and is passionate about technology and its role in process improvement.
