Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited at the board meeting held on June 10, 2026 announced that Mr. Venkata Seshavataram Varada resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of June 9, 2026, due to preoccupation and other personal commitments. The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Rama Rao Telli as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from June 10, 2026. Mr. Rama Rao Telli is a qualified Chartered Accountant with around 21+ years of experience in the Banking sector, specialised in Corporate Finance (financing infrastructure and large corporates), Treasury Management, fund mobilisation, budgeting, statutory compliance, Corporate Recovery, Internal Controls and Compliances.
He is also an Expert in conducting feasibility studies, strategic financial planning, and establishment of policies and mechanisms, P&L operations and risk mitigation. He is Skilled in Internal Audit, Corporate Finance, taxation and compliance and also has a comprehensive understanding of corporate accounts, Financial Reporting & Accounting Standards, IND AS, Auditing Guidelines, Corporate Laws, Commercial Laws and Labour Legislation. He started the career with a specialization in Banking sector before moving to IT industry.
