Prior to joining McKinley Carter, Mr. Abraham spent ten years working in organizational operations and human resource management for a large local hospital/healthcare system in northern West Virginia.
During his tenure with the hospital/healthcare system, he organized and managed the Human Resource Department that serviced over 2,200 employees with multiple locations.
Mr. Abraham graduated from West Virginia University with both his bachelor's and master's degrees in 1995 and 1996 respectively.
He went on to earn his Professional in Human Resources certification designation from the Society of Human Resource Management in 1996 and was selected as a Face of the Future in 2005 by Ogden Newspapers.
Mr. Abraham is very involved in his local community and the state of West Virginia and has served as a previous board member for The King's Daughters Child Care Center in Wheeling and The Westminster Foundation of West Virginia, Inc. He is a member of the Wheeling Rotary club, Society of Human Resource Management of the Upper Ohio Valley, and has served as a session member for Vance Memorial Presbyterian Church in Wheeling.
