Mr. Franke received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a bachelor of law degree from Stanford University. Mr. Franke was a Director of Phelps Dodge Corp. and ON Semiconductor Corp., which he joined in December 1999. Mr. Franke currently serves as the Chairman for Spirit Airlines.
