Ms. Wendy Teo is a Senior Vice President at Middlefield Capital Corp.

She joined Middlefield as the Secretary-Treasurer and Vice President, Accounting of Middlefield Capital Corporation and is recently appointed as its Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Middlefield, she worked in the audit, Canadian and U.S.
tax departments of several public accounting firms over the last 19 years.

She worked as a Senior Tax Specialist at Ernst & Young LLP and later became U.S.
Tax Manager with Grant Thornton LLP and U.S.
tax Senior Manger with BDO Canada LLP.
Ms. Teo graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting degree from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg.
