Siddhant has been a banker for over two decades, having worked with Merrill Lynch and Riggs Bank in London.
He was also CEO of Ace Development Bank, Nepal.
Presently, he operates in the world of Private Equity as the Chairman and CEO of Business Oxygen Pvt.
Ltd., the first International SME Venture and Climate Impact Fund in Nepal promoted by the IFC of the World Bank Group, FCDO, Climate Investment Funds (PPCR) and WLC Ventures.
He is Chairman of the Agribusiness Incubation Centre (NABIC), under the Ministry of Agriculture and also Chairs the Nepal Private Equity Association (NPEA).
He is a member of the board of directors of Standard Chartered Bank.
