Sherif Hussein Kamel

Sherif Hussein Kamel is currently the Director of the Egyptian-American Enterprise Fund.
He is also the Vice President-Support Services at Amoun Pharmaceutical Co. SAE.
In addition, he is a Member of the U.S.-Egypt Business Council, the Egyptian Council For Foreign Affairs, the Internet Society of Egypt, and the Association of African Business Schools.
He is a Professor & Dean at the American University In Cairo School of Business.
Dr. Kamel has held several former positions, including Non-Executive Director at Commercial International Bank - Egypt (CIB) SAE, Director at The Egyptian General Petroleum Corp., Director-Human Resources at Travco Group, Director at Alamein Petroleum Co., Director at Alam El Shawish Petroleum Co., Principal at Qala For Financial Investments, Vice President-Human Resources at Assiut Cement Co., Deputy General Manager at VEGAS Oil & Gas SA, Principal at National Petroleum Co. Egypt Ltd., and Chief Human Resources Officer at Petzed Investment & Project Management Ltd.Dr. Kamel received a doctorate degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science in 1994.
He also holds an MBA degree from The American University in Cairo, which he received in 1990, and an undergraduate degree from The American University in Cairo, which he received in 1987.
