Ron Lescinskas

Ron Lescinskas joined Crosspoint Capital as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Operations in 2022.
Prior to joining Crosspoint Capital Partners, Ron served as Head of Business Operations for the $2.5B Consumer Security Business at NortonLifeLock.
From 2014 to 2018, Ron served as Senior Director, Finance at Symantec responsible for development and management of the operating plan of the Cyber Security business unit consisting of managed security, threat intelligence, and incident response.
Prior to Symantec, Ron was the Chief Financial Officer for venture-backed cybersecurity companies Neohapsis and @stake where he executed business infrastructure development and multiple series financings.
Ron started his career in finance and operations at Cambridge Technology Partners and Deloitte, and prior to that he worked at a utility company as an analyst supporting capital finance projects.
Ron holds a B.S.
in Business Administration from Salem State University, and an M.B.A. from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
