Robert W.

Additionally, he held the position of Vice Chairman & Executive Vice President at Reliant Energy, Inc. in 2009.
He served as the Chairman of United Way of Greater Houston, The Texas A&M Foundation, and The Post Oak School.
He was also the Lead Independent Director at TRC Cos., Inc. from 2007 to 2015.
Furthermore, he served as a Director at Crocs, Inc., Houston Zoo, Inc., Central Houston, Inc., Technology & Entrepreneurship Center of Houston, The Association of Former Students, and Zoological Society of Houston.
Mr. Harvey completed his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University in 1978.
He also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1982.
