Mr. Rafael Castro is a Partner at Norte Asset Management Gestão de Recursos SA. He has over 10 years of experience in the financial market.
He started his career in 2011 at Banco Safra and worked at BGC Liquidez before joining BNP Paribas Asset Management in 2013 as a derivatives trader.
In 2015, he took over the Latin America equities desk, centralizing cash and derivatives tradings for the region.
At the end of 2019 he started to support directly the management of the Long & Short fund.
