Demeter Partners is an active manager which invests primarily in unlisted French and European small- to medium-sized companies in the eco-industries, eco-energies and modern-day hazards sectors. The firm invests mainly during the capital development phase, taking a minority stake and partnering with management to help create value in companies with strong growth potential. They also participate in LBO or pre-IPO projects in syndication with other funds, when companies are purchased or transferred. The Demeter Partners advisory board provides investment guidance to the management team.
