Michael Kern

Mr. Kern joined Canaccord Adams in 2005 as a Senior Associate in the Digital Media and Software franchise.
Prior to joining Canaccord Adams, Mr. Kern worked at First Albany Capital as a Research Associate focusing on Enterprise Infrastructure Software.
Before that he worked at Commerce Capital Markets and SunTrust Equitable Securities as a Research Associate covering the Telecommunication Equipment and Data Networking industries.
Mr. Kern holds a Masters of Accountancy from The George Washington University and a B.S.
in Finance from Villanova University.
