Michael Dubansky

Michael Dubansky is vice president of business development at Advantage Capital, where he primarily focuses on the origination of state and federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit investments located in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Wisconsin and Indiana.
Michael brings over two decades of tax equity investment experience to Advantage Capital.
Most recently, he served as business director of MCM Company, Inc., where he developed multifamily assets throughout the midwest that utilized federal and state historic tax credits.
Prior to that, he spent nine years at National Trust Community Investment Corporation where he facilitated and sourced tax equity investments largely concentrated in federal and state Historic and New Markets Tax Credits.
Michael graduated from Towson University with a bachelor of science in business administration
