Mr. Perdue has over 25 years of investing and operational experience in the technology distribution, Cloud, Managed Services and IT services spaces.
Mr. Perdue served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Signature Group (“TSG”), where he previously held a number of other executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President.
Under Mr. Perdue’s leadership, TSG expanded its operations internationally and developed diverse business units focused on the implementation and ongoing managed services of technology solutions in several market sectors, including commercial, enterprise, telecommunications, federal and state government, higher education and the association/non-profit market verticals.
Prior to TSG, Mr. Perdue was a Vice President for Citicorp Global Information Network, where he was responsible for the evaluation and certification of technologies for Citicorp’s global network infrastructure encompassing approximately 95,000 users located in over 100 countries.
Prior to Citicorp, he held various positions including Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations and Director of Technical Services for UniNet, Inc., a regional systems integration firm.
Mr. Perdue has served in the U.S.
Navy where he was responsible for the selection and implementation of new technologies to streamline and enhance communications throughout the Atlantic Nuclear Submarine Fleet.
Mr. Perdue completed the Navy’s Advanced Electronics program, electrical engineering program at Georgia Military College and Georgia Institute of Technology and the Special Executive Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.
He is also a certified instructor in Technology and Complex Business Negotiations at Harvard Law School.
