The company operates in two business segments: Realty, Property development, Construction and Investment holding. The Realty segment activities are sales of residential and commercial properties. The Property development segments activities comprises development of residential and commercial properties. The Construction segment engages in construction works. The Investment holding segments activity is investment holding. Merge Housing was founded by Lee Kuang Chong in 1993 and is headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
