in Finance and Accounting.
Prior to joining Pharos, Mr. Mariner worked at Citigroup in the Commercial Real Estate Group of the Corporate Finance Division, where he was responsible for industry and sector analyses of real estate investment trusts, in addition to analyzing the operating performance, capital structure, and cash flows of companies in the real estate loan portfolio.
