Ms. Marzena Tomecka is Founder, Partner & CFO at Krokus Private Equity Sp zoo.
Prior to the formation of Krokus, Ms. Tomecka held a similar position at Polonia Financial Services.
Her role is twofold and combines both the role of Chief Financial Officer with involvement in due diligence, deal structuring and post investment monitoring of portfolio companies.
Ms. Tomecka is a member of Prospect Poland's oversight board, a member of NFI Magna Polonia's investment committee and a member of the management boards of NFI Magna Polonia, European Convergence Partners and AIB PPM.
In her capacity as an Investment Director, Ms. Tomecka is a member of the supervisory board of Qumak-Sekom, EGB, Jago and TB Opakowania.
Prior to joining Polonia Financial Services in 1995, Ms. Tomecka acted as Chief Financial Officer for Agip Polska between 1992 and 1994.
She also worked with Nicom Consulting as a Senior Expert and, inter alia, was responsible for the implementation of the PHARE Accounting System into all PHARE project management units.
Between 1987 and 1997 Ms. Tomecka lectured at the Warsaw School of Economics in Management Accounting.
