She is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a BS in Business Management from St. Peter's College.
A New Jersey Life & Health Insurance Licensee, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Financial Planning Association of New Jersey.
Ms. Nicola is a member of Executive Women of New Jersey, serving on the membership committee.
Recently, she participated as a panelist for the Financial Planning Association's "Bridge the Gap" Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Ms. Nicola has been a contributing writer for the 2006-2007 Garden State Women's Financial Resources Guide and has been quoted in The Star Ledger.
She is executive vice president on the Board of the Delbarton School Graduate Parents' Association in Morristown, NJ.
