Mariusz Cezary Grendowicz

Mariusz Cezary Grendowicz is currently the Chairman of WWF Polska Foundation.
He also holds non-executive director positions at Alior TFI SA, Aviva Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen na Zycie S.A., Aviva Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen Ogólnych SA, and Getin Noble Bank SA. In the past, Mr. Grendowicz served as the President-Management Board & CEO of mBank SA from 2008 to 2010.
He was also the President & Chief Executive Officer of Polish Investments For Development SA from 2013 to 2014.
Additionally, he held the position of Chairman-Supervisory Board at Atman sp.
z o.o.
from 2017 to 2020 and mLeasing Sp zoo from 2008 to 2010.
Mr. Grendowicz has a background in banking and finance, having worked at institutions such as Bank BPH SA, ING Bank Slaski SA, ING Bank (Hungary) Zrt, Citibank, NA (United Kingdom), ABN AMRO Bank Polska SA, and BRE Banku SA. He also has experience in the capital markets, having served on the Member-Supervisory Board of Gielda Papierow Wartosciowych w Warszawie SA and MCI Capital Alternatywna Spolka Inwestycyjna SA. Mr. Grendowicz holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Gdansk.
