Marcelo Kfoury

Dr. Marcelo Kfoury Muinhos is Chief Economist at Citigroup Global Markets Brasil CCTVM SA. He worked for 13 years at the Central Bank of Brazil, which the last three years as Head of the Economic Research Department.
He was also a non-voting member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank (Copom).
Dr. Kfoury Muinhos holds a bachelor's degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, and a Ph.D.
from Cornell University in the U.S.A.
