Kurt Hilzinger

Mr. Kurt J. Hilzinger, CPA, is Partner at Court Square Capital Partners and Lead Independent Director at Humana, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors at Humana, Inc. and Healthcare Distribution Management Association. Mr. Hilzinger has been a member of the Investment Team since 2007. Previously, he spent 16 years in various executive management capacities with AmerisourceBergen Corporation serving as President and Chief Operating Officer and earlier as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to AmerisourceBergen Corporation, he held various positions with Citicorp Investment Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Hilzinger served on the board of AmerisourceBergen as well as Chairman of the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA). Currently, Mr. Hilzinger is the lead director of Humana, Inc., Chairman of Harvard Drug Group and Physiotherapy Associates, and serves on the board of Western Dental. He serves on the Visiting Committee at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Mr. Hilzinger received his B.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.
