Mr. Keene began his career with Ernst & Young LLP in 1986, and was a Senior Audit Manager when he left to join RSTW.
In addition to providing audit and accounting services to primarily manufacturing and service companies, Mr. Keene's audit career was heavily focused on public security offerings as well as assisting companies with structuring and due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Keene is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with a B.B.A.
in Accounting from the University of Texas in 1986.
