Kamyar Daneshvar

Mr. Daneshvar is a Vice President and Associate Counsel at EIG.
Prior to joining EIG in 2022, Mr. Daneshvar was an AVP, Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Inovalon Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based platforms empowering data-driven healthcare.
At Inovalon, Mr. Daneshvar led a team focused on securities compliance, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, insurance, and immigration.
Before joining Inovalon, Mr. Daneshvar served as a Senior Attorney in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission, where he worked on a wide array of transactional and securities compliance matters relating to the ’33 and ’34 Acts, including the review of registration statements relating to initial public offerings, secondary offerings, shelf registrations, business combinations, and exchange offers.
Prior to joining the SEC, Mr. Daneshvar was an attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Bullivant Houser Bailey PC in California where his practice focused on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and SEC compliance and reporting for a client base ranging from emerging growth companies to large private and public companies.
Mr. Daneshvar received a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego, and a J.D.
from Loyola Law School.
Mr. Daneshvar is a Certified Corporate Governance Professional (CCGPSM).
