Julia Noellert Lewis

Julia comes to Norwest Venture Partners with a background in search at Robert Walters where she recruited executives across finance and operations.
As Director of Talent, under the umbrella of Portfolio Services, Julia works closely with growth equity and venture partners and portfolio companies.
In Julia’s prior role, she partnered closely with executive teams, founders, and CEOs to fill key searches at early and late-stage start-ups including TaskRabbit, Plaid, Knotel, Singular, Birdies, Minted, Flexport, Chime, and OpenAI.
Julia began her career in supply chain where she worked in the U.S.
and China for a global packaging and distribution company.
Julia holds a bachelor of arts degree in Mandarin with summa cum laude distinction from Arizona State University.
