Previously, Mr. Wilson was a Senior Analyst with Legg Mason Investment Banking providing mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring and private placement services to small and lower middle-market companies.
He received his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
