Mr. Jonathan F.
Wilson is a Partner at Siguler Guff & Co. LP, a Partner & Co-Managing Partner at Siguler Guff Advisers LLC and a Founding Member at Small Business Investor Alliance.

Mr. Wilson is actively involved in manager selection, due diligence and direct investing for the Firm's Small Buyout Opportunities Funds.
He is a member of the Investment Committee and is active as an Advisory Board member of underlying funds, as well as a Board Member or Board Observer to numerous portfolio companies.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Mr. Wilson was an Associate with Columbia Management Group where he was responsible for the evaluation, due diligence and monitoring of public equity investments in the business services, industrial, and energy sectors.
Previously, Mr. Wilson was a Senior Analyst with Legg Mason Investment Banking providing mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring and private placement services to small and lower middle-market companies.
He received his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
