Malone is President and Chief Executive Officer for Hamot Health Foundation and a Director for the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership.
He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Hamot Medical Center from 1989 to 1992.

Mr. Malone received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pratt Institute and an MBA from the Golden Gate University.
