John Christensen

Mr. John A. Christensen is a Chief Executive Officer & Family Wealth Director at StoryOne LLC.
He is a co-founder of StoryOne LLC.
He specializes in designing and implementing sophisticated financial plans that encompass a wide range of areas, including succession planning, estate planning, life insurance and risk management, retirement planning, investment management, and charitable giving.
Mr. Christensen gained valuable experience as a Trust Administrator at National Advisors Trust Company FSB, where he cultivated relationships, administered trusts, and reviewed trust agreements.
He also served as Vice President of the Trust Advisory Group at Enterprise Bank & Trust, where he successfully onboarded large clients, deepened client relationships, managed assets for clients with substantial net worth, and earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) designation.
Mr. Christensen then became an independent financial advisor and joined Keel Point in 2011 as a Senior Family Wealth Director, spearheading the establishment of the Kansas City office, where he served as a trusted advisor to families and business owners, providing comprehensive financial planning solutions.
He received his undergraduate degree from Hastings College and a graduate degree from The University of Tulsa.
