Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, Inc. in July 2007, Mr. Watt was employed as Chairman by Sociedad Austral de Electricidad SA and Vice President by Ontario Power Generation, Inc. He also served on the board at TransAlta Utilities Corp and a Senior Analyst at Amoco Corporation.
He also served as Co-Chairman of the boards of both Northern Star Generation and InterGen NV.
He also Director of the Infrastructure Group for Ontario Teachers Pension Plan.
Mr. Watt received his B. of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
