Jay Fischer

Mr. Jay Fischer is a Managing Director & Investments at CIM Capital LLC.
He is on the Board of Directors at Parkway, Inc. and 360 PAS REIT LLC.
Prior to joining CIM, Mr. Fischer served as Managing Director and Head of U.S.
Office Investments, Real Estate Investments at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB).
He also worked at Rockwood Capital originating new investments and asset managing existing investments through disposition.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
He also earned a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
