Prior to Proffitt Goodson, Mr. Howard was previously with Bard directly from Bio-Reg Associates, Inc., a firm providing highly technical clinical and regulatory consulting to the medical device industry, where he was most recently President and CEO.
He has extensive experience in quality assurance, quality audits, and complaint handling systems, design and conduct of clinical studies and regulatory strategies and submissions.
Prior to joining Bio-Reg, he was employed by GE Medical Systems, first as a Radiation Safety Officer and later, as a Regulatory Program Manager.
He began his career as a Staff Physicist for the United States Air Force.
Mr. Howard earned a BS in Physics from North Carolina State University and an MS in Nuclear Physics and Radiological Health from North Carolina State University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
