Jack Tucker

Jack Tucker is a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer at Gemspring Capital.
He is focused on Investor Relations, ESG Initiatives, Business Development, and Recruiting.
Prior to joining Gemspring, Jack was a Partner at Acalyx Advisors where he raised capital from institutional investors for private equity funds.
At Acalyx, Jack was involved in several milestone fundraisings in the buyout and growth segments.
Jack also worked on a number of advisory mandates with general partners and helped develop and execute marketing strategies to assist general partners with ongoing investor relationship management.
Jack began his career at MVision Private Equity Advisers, where he worked with general partners across the US and Europe.
Jack holds a BA from the University of Delaware.
