Mr. Kalmar has over eighteen years of experience in venture capital, banking, and consulting.
Prior to joining the company in 1995, he was with Ventures West Management and the Bank of Montreal, gaining vast experience in all areas of commercial and corporate finance.
Mr. Kalmar holds a BASc in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the University of British Columbia, and is a registered professional engineer in BC.
Mr. Kalmar currently serves on the boards of Datawest Solutions, NxtPhase, and PureEdge Solutions.
