Elliott worked as a Senior Director of Product Development at Corixa Corp.
from 1999 to 2002.
Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development at Ribi ImmunoChem Research, Inc. from 1994 to 1999.
He then worked as the Vice President of Product Development at Salmedix, Inc. from 2002 to 2005.
After his time in the private sector, he became a Professor at The University of Arkansas.
Later, he worked as the Executive Vice President of Product Development at Aires Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr. Elliott received his undergraduate degree from Albany College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences and his doctorate from the University of Florida.
