Mr. Rogers is an Assistant Vice President and a member of the investment team.
Prior to joining EIG in July 2020, Mr. Rogers was a Finance Associate at Lime Rock Resources, where he focused on acquisitions and divestitures, fund management, and financial planning and analysis.
Prior to Lime Rock, Mr. Rogers worked as an Analyst in the energy investment banking division at Scotiabank.
He graduated from the University of Texas with an M.S.
in Finance and a B.S.
in Petroleum Engineering.
Garrett is a Principal in H.I.G.
Capital’s Boston office.
He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction execution, and supporting management with post-closing growth and operational initiatives.
Garrett has more than a decade of experience in private equity and M&A. Prior to re-joining H.I.G.
Capital, Garrett worked for Harvest Partners where he led transactions across a wide range of industries, including industrials, business services, consumer products, and healthcare.
Garrett started his career in the investment banking division at J.P.
Morgan.
Garrett earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts with a joint concentration in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University..
