Mr. Frank P.
Lively is Senior Vice President at Wafra Investment Advisory Group, Inc. He joined Wafra Investment Advisory Group, Inc. in 1997.
Mr. Lively joined Helmsley Spear Inc. in 1976 where he was active in all aspects of real estate operations and finance, as well as real estate acquisitions.
In 1980 he joined Pannell Kerr Forster, an international CPA firm.
Subsequently in 1982, he joined Stephen W.
Brener & Associates as Senior Vice President, responsible for all aspects of the brokerage and management divisions, as well as management advisory services.
Following his tenure at Brener & Associates, he became President of Lively & Associates, a full service real estate firm.
Mr. Lively was formerly a Director of LXP II, Inc., a real estate mortgage investment conduit, as well as a former Director of LXP Funding.
Mr. Lively is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, and a council member of the Hospitality Development Council.
He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Lively holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Manhattan College, as well as a Master's in Real Estate Finance and Development from New York University.
