Franck Marilly

Franck Marilly previously served as President and CEO of the EMEA region and the Global Fragrance Division at Shiseido, which he joined in 2018. He played a key role in strengthening the global presence of the group’s brands. Prior to that, he spent 17 years at Chanel, where he was Managing Director for the EMEA region within the Fragrance & Beauty division and held several general management positions abroad. Earlier in his career, he worked at Unilever, notably as President of the Fragrance Division in France and in senior leadership roles across international subsidiaries. A graduate of EDC Paris Business School, Franck Marilly, 59, has been a board member of the French Beauty Industry Federation since 2011 and of the French-Japanese Exchange Committee since 2018. In February 2025, he was appointed French Foreign Trade Advisor by decree of the Prime Minister.
