Under his leadership, the firm redesigned its client staffing model, investment processes, internal and client-facing reporting, and internal workflows to improve the firm’s operating model and best meet client needs.
Mr. Sontag worked as an Associate at BlackRock, Transition Management Team and Financial Analyst at BlackRock, Portfolio Analytics Group.
He has BA in Economics and Sociology from Cornell University.
