Mr. Dennis Wagner, CPA, is Chief Financial & Compliance Officer at Cyprium Investment Partners LLC.
P Mr. Wagner is a founding member of Cyprium Partners.
Prior to forming Cyprium, he was Chief Administration Officer at Key Principal Partners.
He joined KPP in 2000 from KeyCorp.
During his eight years with KeyCorp he served as the Chief Financial Officer of two business units and as a Senior Vice President in the Financial Planning Group.
He was Director of Accounting Policies and Procedures at Goldome from 1987 until 1991 when Goldome was acquired by KeyCorp.
Prior to joining Goldome, he spent ten years in the audit practice of KPMG, an international accounting firm.
Mr. Wagner graduated with highest distinction from Colorado State University with a B.S.
in finance.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
