Ms. Snowden was named Vice President of Human Resources in 2006 after serving as Director of Human Resources since 2004.
Ms. Snowden began working for Disclosure Incorporated in 1971 and came to CIG via the Disclosure acquisition in 1977.
She was the Assistant Controller for Disclosure and then CIG before changing her career path to human resources in 1996.
Ms. Snowden attended the University of Maryland and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Montgomery County chapter of SHRM.
She lives in Maryland and has three children, Michelle, Andrew and Spencer.
