Dr. Watson co-founded Capstone in 1987.
He helped to form Tenneco Financial Services in 1981, the predecessor organization to Capstone and served as its President.
He began his career in 1971 with Texas Commerce Bank.
In 1977, he joined Tenneco, Inc. and subsequently served as Assistant to the Chairman of the Board.
Dr. Watson received an MA from Rice University, MS from Baylor University, BA from Baylor University and a PhD from Rice University.
