Curtis Lee

Curtis Lee joined Advanced Technology Ventures in 2002 as an Associate after four years within the private equity and investment banking arena.
Curtis focuses on investments in software, internet infrastructure, and communications.
Prior to joining ATV, Curtis worked as an Associate at Summit Partners, a late-stage private equity firm.
His responsibilities included due diligence of investment opportunities, identification of new investments, and market research.
Previously, Curtis was a Senior Analyst with Broadview International, an investment bank focused on technology mergers and acquisitions.
As a member of the enterprise software and communications groups, Curtis worked on over twenty successful M&A and private placement transactions with companies that included Adobe, ADC, Borland, GlobespanVirata, Interwoven, and Lycos.
Curtis received a BA in Economics and Business from the University of California at Berkeley where he graduated with distinction.
