Mr. Lee joined AIM in 2003 after serving as an AMVESCAP associate.
Previously, he was an investment banking associate with TD Securities in Toronto, where he performed M&A advisory work, and underwrote IPO's and equity offerings for Canadian companies.
He also covered energy and industrial companies as a Ratings Analyst at Standard & Poor's.
Mr. Lee earned a B.C.
degree in finance and international business from McGill University in Montreal, an MSC degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Master of Business Administration degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.
