Ltd., and Oriental Petrochemical (Taiwan) Co., Ltd.Mr. Hsi has previously worked as the Vice Chairman at Far Eastern International Bank, Chairman at Far Eastern Department Stores Ltd., and Director at Far EasTone Telecommunications Co., Ltd. He also held a director position at Sichuan Yadong Cement Co., Ltd.Mr. Hsi pursued his education at The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York, where he obtained a graduate degree and an MBA. He also completed his undergraduate studies at McGill University.
