Mr. Ferguson is founder and president of Representational Pictures, Inc. and director and producer of No End In Sight: America and the Occupation of Iraq, which is his first film.
In 1994, hen founded Vermeer Technologies, one of the earliest Internet software companies, with Randy Forgaard.
He was a visiting scholar and lecturer for several years at MIT and Berkeley and for three years was a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC.
He is the author of three books and many articles dealing with various aspects of information technology and its relationships to economic, political, and social issues.
He has consulted on technology, management and strategy for a range of leading companies and institutions.
Mr. Ferguson is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a director of the French-American Foundation.
Charles obtained a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a doctorate in political science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1989.
